FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol and is the means by which you can copy files from your personal computer to one of our web servers.

These files, including HTML files, graphics files and scripts, constitute you website.

You would normally use an FTP program, such as FileZilla, CuteFTP or WS_FTP to do this, although some web development programs like Frontpage or Dreamweaver can also FTP files.
