If your package supports it, you can have some parts of your site on a secure web server. This is typically used to collect credit card or other sensitive information.

In order to enhance the security of different customer sites on our secure webservers, we do not currently allow clients to upload to the secure server directly.

Instead, we ask that you upload to a folder in your normal site called, say, secure_transfer, and then contact Technical Support (support@ilisys.com.au or 1800 995 645) with details of the files that you want transfered.

If you have a shared secure certificate option on your hosting package then you will access the files on the secure server as:
