30 SnapShot backups are available to Linux-hosted customers at all times and cover the most recent 24 hours, and the 6 preceding midnights. Using the SnapRestore feature in the Ilisys toolkit, your customers may roll a site back to any of these earlier states within minutes.

Customers that wish to action a Free SnapRestore simply select their timezone and the point in time that they want to roll back to. Shortly after the request is received by the automated SnapRestore system, the restore is processed and a confirmation email delivered.

The customer accessible SnapRestore tool works by rolling back an entire home directory. Should you wish to SnapRestore an individual file or a MySQL or PostgreSQL database on behalf of a customer, you may contact Technical Support with their request.
