You may have received an invoice, an offer to renew or other correspondence about your domain from someone other than Ilisys.

Be careful with these, as they often are really an offer to move your domain to a different management company that is crafted to look like an invoice, or sometimes an offer to register a similar looking domain. Frequently, the prices quoted are significantly above what Ilisys will charge for the same service.

auDA often issue consumer alerts about potential scams and other misleading conduct, which you can view at www.auda.org.au/news/alerts/.

However, where Ilisys doesn't manage your domain, or where we have not been able to contact you about your domain expiry, you may get legitimate correspondence from another company. If you are unsure, check with us before proceeding.
