An automatic process updates passwords throughout our systems twice an hour.

Consequently, when you request a password change in your Toolkit, it will be updated in no more than 30 minutes.

There are two exceptions to this rule: FTP passwords for Windows-hosted sites and MS SQL database passwords.

FTP password changes for Windows-hosted sites are managed manually. Any change that you request through your Toolkit will be actioned within two supported hours.
