In order to be active on the internet, all domains need to be delegated. This is the process that tells the global DNS system what nameservers to use to map the domain name to it's server's IP address.

When we purchase a domain name licence on your behalf and when that domain is to be hosted on Ilisys servers, we will organise delegation to our nameservers.

If you have an existing domain name, or are purchasing one through another company, you will need to organise it to be delegated or redelegated to our nameservers.
