To configure your webmail account, visit webmail.ilisys.com.au and log in with the user name and password for your email account.

If you don't know your username or password for your POP box, contact Technical Support (support@ilisys.com.au or 1800 995 645).

Once logged in, click on 'Options' on the menu bar at the top of the window. Then click on 'Personal Information'. Enter (at least) your full name and the email address associated with the email account on this screen. Make sure you press Submit to save these details. If you don't set these, people will not be able to reply to any email you send from the webmail package.
