Configuring a generic email client

Any email client that you use to download your email from an Ilisys email account will use the same settings, although the method you use to configure that may vary from program to program.

Email address: youremailaddress@yourdomain.com
Incoming mail server (POP or IMAP server): mail.ilisys.com.au or mail.your-domain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP server): whatever your ISP provides
Username (aka account name): your Ilisys email account
Password: your ilisys email account's password

Note: Ilisys does not support secure (encrypted) POP or IMAP.
